Delivery

We deliver wood pellets or briquettes promptly to the address you specify. We will contact you prior to delivery to clarify access, choice of truck, unloading and other delivery related issues. We offer premium pellets and briquettes and also strive to provide an excellent delivery service.

·         Minimum quantity: one pallet.

·         We deliver at your convenience, even on weekends.

·         Delivery may  take up to five days, but you can  pre‑book the pellets or briquettes and have them delivered at a schedule and time that suits you.

·         We deliver throughout Latvia.

The customer can pick up the goods from our base, but we can also arrange delivery.

By small truck:

·         delivery in tight spaces where a large van cannot enter;

·         delivery of up to three pallets;

·         can drive to the unloading point if the access road allows it;

·         manual unloading only.

By van with a lift:

·         delivery, where there is access and adequate - turnaround space.

·         delivery of up to 10 pallets.

·         can drive to the unloading point if the access road allows it.

·         Unloading, if the delivery site is asphalted or paved, can be organised by lift and pallet trolley.

By truck tarpaulin semi-trailer:

·         delivery is only possible on hard-surfaced roads and in areas with adequate turnaround space.

·         delivery of up to 24 pallets.

·         can drive to the unloading point if the access road allows it.

·         unloading only with warehouse unloading equipment. Unloading is provided by the customer.
